Albakar is a natural, fresh white wine with golden nuances, made from the Viognier grape variety. This wine exhibits fruity notes, highlighting the flavours of pear and apricot. It is dry, with a soft acidity and presents final aromas derived from maceration with the skins. The composition of this wine is 100% Viognier. This natural single-varietal wine takes its name from the mountainous area of Alicante, influenced by the Mediterranean climate and surrounded by vegetation. The result is a harmonious wine, with a golden hue that intensifies with age. The Viognier grapes used come from small dry farms and are made using traditional methods, without the addition of sulphites, which gives it unique characteristics. TASTING NOTES Albakar, a natural white wine, is young and stands out with its fruity notes, dominated by pear and apricot flavours. It is presented as a dry wine, with moderate acidity and final aromas from the maceration with the skins. VINIFICATION Alcoholic fermentation takes place in 5000L stainless steel tanks, with the temperature carefully controlled. Maceration on the skins takes place for two days and then is prolonged for thirty days on the lees, thus achieving the characteristic consistency and body of the wine. This process contributes to the uniqueness of Albakar in terms of flavour and texture.
