Bona Gent! is a young, natural red wine made from the Cabernet Franc variety with minimal intervention. The vines are located in plots at an altitude of 500 m in the region of El Comtat. They are mature vines, which offer a lower yield but a high quality grape. TASTING NOTES This 100% Cabernet Franc single-varietal wine offers dark garnet tones, with purple and even blue reflections and sparkles. As it has not been aged in barrels, the nose reveals ripe fruit, as well as a light touch of pepper characteristic of the variety. On the palate it is powerful, fresh and balanced with a long finish where the ripe fruit persists. VINIFICATION Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled 3000 °C stainless steel tanks.
