Diània Negre is a single-varietal Cabernet Franc that is characterised by being a natural wine aged for 6 months, without sulphites and with minimal intervention in both its production and cultivation, carried out at an altitude of more than 500 metres. It is then aged in French and American oak barrels for 6 months, which are then combined in a single production process. TASTING NOTES After aging in oak barrels for 6 months, this wine has a great persistence in the mouth, with subtle tertiary aromas of vanilla and typical flavors of the crossroads of regions where it is produced. In this family and friendship project, our Tinto Diània wine helps to recover the vine crops between the regions of La Marina and El Comtat, seeking maximum excellence. The vineyard is located in a mountainous terrain close to the Mediterranean Sea, which makes work in the field difficult. To overcome this challenge, the cultivation techniques of the ancient Moorish settlers have been rescued. VINIFICATION Alcoholic fermentation takes place in 3000L stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine has been macerated for 21 days on the skins and 30 days on the lees, thus achieving the characteristic consistency and body. It has subsequently been aged for 6 months in 225L French and American oak barrels.
