Don Papa Baroko Rum is made with molasses rum called “black gold”, which grows in an extremely fertile volcanic soil. Following the strictest quality standards, it is distilled in a giant double-shell column to extract the best. It ages for several years at the foot of Mount Kanlaon, before being blended. At first glance, its amber color stands out and in the light it gives off golden tones. On the nose, its intense aromas stand out with spicy notes, with a sensation of cinnamon and toasted notes like wood. In the mouth, notes of vanilla, caramel extracts, espresso, cinnamon and cloves stand out, with a touch of fresh ginger.
