This special edition of Don Papa is column distilled and aged for four years in American oak barrels that held Bourbon, then spends the final 18 months in four different types of sherry casks that held Fino, Pedro Ximenez, Cream and Palo Cortado. It is presented in an original bottle design that reflects part of the island’s Spanish heritage, while maintaining the irreverence of the story of Papa Isio, a sugar plantation foreman who became a revolutionary hero.
