Viticulture: Root stock vineyards going back over 60 years.
Production: Harvest from 25th August to 6th September. Fermentation in stainless steel vats and in wooden foudres. After alcoholic fermentation, it was mixed and bottled at the end of November.
Tasting note: Rich volcanic salinity. A vertical structure white with powerful sapidity and sharp finish. A very fresh and saline sensation which invites pleasant sips. This wine will age well in bottles for at least 3 years.
