Viticulture: Traditional vines planted over 80 years ago.
Production: Manual harvest, the grape is transported to the winery in 15 kg crates. Fermented with stems in open oak casks. After alcohol fermentation the wine was moved to 500 l French oak casks, where it stayed for 9 months until bottling. Limited production: 2160 bottles
Tasting note: A fine cherry red with purple reflections, with an alluring aroma of lavender, cedar and fresh herbs, resonant of sweet, ripe fruit, salt and pepper. It is ample, complex, elegant and difficult to forget. It will age well in bottles for at least the next 8-12 years.
