16 months in French and American oak barrels Manual harvesting from our own vineyards, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 25º and 27º, with a maceration of 15 days, malolactic fermentation in barrels with subsequent aging of the same, for 16 months. 100% Tinta del País with a garnet red body and violet reflections, clean and bright. On the nose, the aromas recreate black fruits and spicy notes (such as vanilla and cinnamon), with some roasted touches. On the palate, it is silky, structured and with an elegant finish, which accompanies red meats and blue cheeses luxuriously.
