SUMMUM Señorío De Jaime Rosell

Made with Arbequina olives, Señorío de Jaime Rosell SUMMUM oil is characterized by its early production. At the beginning of October, when the olives are still very green, together with our technical staff, a selection of the most suitable olive trees is made to start harvesting. This harvesting is done completely by hand and is immediately transferred to our oil mill, where the oil is cold extracted in situ. Once extracted, the oil is stored in tanks with inert atmosphere and in cold storage, where it is kept at a constant temperature until bottling, which is only done upon request, until the end of stock.
