Pale yellow and with greenish reflections, the Zudugarai 2020 sparkling presents
a fine and elegant bubble result of a second fermentation in a very low bottle
Temperature.
Complex nose, where citrus aromas and the subtlety of fresh grass are mixed with
the minerality that Aia soils give to the Hondarribi Zuri variety. The 15 months
of aging in bottle provide you a delicate bakery background.
