1270 Blanco 2023 – Priorat DOQ White Wine

1270 Blanco 2023 is an expressive white wine from Priorat DOQ, crafted in Poboleda by Celler Hidalgo Albert.

Made from 100% Garnacha Blanca, this wine reflects the strength and character of Priorat’s unique terroir. The grapes are harvested by hand in small 15kg cases to ensure precise selection and optimal ripeness.

After a short maceration of 4–6 hours, the wine is pressed, fermented and aged for five months in French oak barrels, adding structure and complexity while preserving varietal purity.

Before bottling, the wine undergoes gentle filtration and stabilization. Bottling is carefully timed according to the lunar calendar — a traditional touch that reflects the philosophy of the winery.

The result is a white Priorat with intensity, texture and remarkable persistence.
