Altar 2019 – Pago de Otazu DOP Cabernet Sauvignon

Altar 2019 is a distinguished red wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, grown and vinified in the prestigious Pago de Otazu DOP — one of Spain’s most unique single-estate appellations. 

Hand-harvested grapes undergo careful selection, cold maceration and fermentation before being aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, followed by at least 60 months of bottle ageing. 

This extended maturation integrates and refines aromas and flavours, releasing a wine of exceptional structure, depth and harmony. Altar represents the fusion of tradition and excellence from the Pago de Otazu estate.
