Champagne Salon Blanc de Blancs is one of the rarest and most exclusive Champagnes ever produced. Founded by Aimé Salon in the early 20th century, the House releases only vintage Champagne, and only in exceptional years. On average, just one cuvée per decade is produced, making Salon a true collector’s Champagne.

Salon is crafted exclusively from Chardonnay grown in the legendary Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, considered the heart of Côte des Blancs.
