  • Distillery Notes: Connemara is one of the very few peated Irish single malts, with a moderate peat level (~13–14 ppm) that enhances but does not overpower the spirit. Distilled at Cooley Distillery, it revives traditional Irish whiskey-making methods and offers a distinctive smoky style rarely found in Ireland.
