Made from free-run juice only after a cold pre-maceration and fermented under controlled temperature, this wine is aged for six months on its fine lees. It is crafted from old vines planted in well-drained, stony soils, contributing complexity and elegance to the final expression.

• Aroma: Complex, with tropical fruit notes like mango and pineapple moving into subtle citrus undertones.

• Palate: Creamy, elegant, and intense, with a lively freshness and balanced acidity.
