This rosé is crafted using the saignée method—the juice is lightly bled off after about 8 hours of maceration with the grape skins. Post-fermentation, the wine rests on its lees for 3 months, enhancing complexity and mouthfeel.

Elegant and vibrant, presenting a beautiful raspberry hue with violet reflections. The nose is intense and fresh, brimming with forest fruits like blackberries and raspberries, alongside subtle floral and bakery-like nuances. The palate is lively, concentrated, and structured, with a pronounced acidity that ensures excellent vitality and depth.
