This wine is crafted from a parcel of 60-year-old Godello vines, organically farmed in Bierzo’s slate and schist soils. After hand-harvesting, fermentation and aging take place entirely in stainless steel to preserve freshness and varietal expression.

• Aroma: Expressive and nuanced, featuring green pear, lemon-lime, white peach, herbes de Provence, beeswax, fennel, and floral notes.
