It is made with a classic blend of native Spanish grape varieties — Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada — resulting in a dry and expressive sparkling wine. 

Masia Salat Cava Brut Nature is produced using the traditional method of sparkling wine production (second fermentation in the bottle), which contributes fine, persistent bubbles and a harmonious palate structure.
