Enology

This is a fresh, unfiltered, young natural red, made from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes grown at 500 m elevation in El Comtat on argillo-calcareous soils. The vines are mature, low-yielding, and yield intensely expressive fruit. Fermentation is spontaneous in stainless steel tanks (~3000 L) at controlled temperatures, with no barrel aging, clarification, or filtration

Tasting Notes

Deep garnet color with violet highlights. The nose reveals ripe red fruit, subtle pepper spice characteristic of Cabernet Franc, and floral undertones. On the palate, it's powerful yet fresh, balanced with a long finish dominated by persistent fruit

Perfect companion to rice dishes, tapas, cured meats, fideuà, and other Mediterranean staples. Serve slightly chilled at 13–15 °C for a refreshing and vibrant experience
