Enology

This wine is crafted from grapes grown in up to 60-year-old vineyards, planted in stony, sandy-clay soils with excellent drainage and an annual rainfall of 450 mm. The grapes are hand-harvested from La Horra. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, it achieves depth and structure.

Tasting Notes

Deep red color with a bright purple rim. Aromatic complexity features ripe fruit, clove, vanilla, coconut, and balsamic nuances. On the palate, it’s harmonious and fruity with a silky texture balanced by fresh acidity—decanting is recommended to fully reveal its richness.

Food Pairing

Pairs beautifully with rich roasted meats, beef stews, lamb dishes, and aged cheeses. The wine’s balance of tender fruit and savory depth make it ideal alongside hearty fare.
