Enology

Crafted from organically grown Cabernet Franc grapes from high-altitude vineyards above 500 m. Fermentation occurs in 3,000L stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, including 21 days of skin maceration and 30 days on lees. The wine then matures for 6 months in French and American 225L oak barrels, marrying natural expression with refined structure. 

Tasting Notes

Brilliant ruby-red with violet highlights. The aroma opens with fresh red fruits—think raspberries and cherries—accompanied by subtle floral hints, spice, and vegetal nuances. On the palate, it’s juicy and balanced, with smooth tannins, refreshing acidity, and a delicate, lingering finish. 

Food Pairing

An excellent match for grilled white meats, pasta, and cheeses. Its freshness and balanced structure also make it a delightful companion to vegetable dishes or lighter red meat preparations.
