This wine showcases freshness and the aromatic potential of Garnacha. Fermentation (both alcoholic and malolactic) takes place in 11,000 L French oak foudres, followed by four additional months until stabilization before bottling.

Tasting Notes

Cherry-red color with a subtle intensity. The nose opens with energetic wild red fruit, licorice, fragrant scrub, balsamic and herbal-menthol notes, with delicate hints of toasted wood serving the fruit in the background. On the palate, it is smooth, fresh, and long, with surprising acidity and soft, pleasant tannins.

Food Pairing

Perfect with paellas, red meats, game dishes, and hearty pasta. Also excellent with stews, legumes, mushrooms, sausages, roasted meats, and medium-cured cheeses. Serve around 15 °C for optimal enjoyment.
