Flor de Pingus is the second wine of the legendary Dominio de Pingus, crafted by the visionary winemaker Peter Sisseck. Made from old-vine Tempranillo grown on biodynamic vineyards in the Ribera del Duero, this wine offers extraordinary depth and precision — often rivaling top cuvées from around the world. It embodies the essence of modern Spanish winemaking: elegance, purity, and a sense of place. Each bottle captures the soul of the Duero’s ancient soils and the meticulous care that defines Pingus wines.
Tasting Notes
Deep, intense ruby color. Aromas of ripe black cherry, plum, violet, and hints of dark chocolate and fine oak. On the palate — perfectly balanced, silky, and expressive. Notes of blackberry, spice, and subtle mineral tones evolve into a long, elegant finish with refined tannins.
Food Pairing
Ideal with roast lamb, iberian pork, or beef tenderloin with truffle sauce. Also pairs beautifully with aged Spanish cheeses such as Manchego or Zamorano.
