Enology

Founded in 2005 by Gorka Izagirre and his nephew (renowned chef Eneko Atxa), this family-run estate revitalizes Bizkaiko Txakoli tradition. The vineyards, spread across multiple small plots, face southeast, benefiting from gentle morning sun and atlantic breezes. Harvest is manual in October. Wines are fermented varietal-wise in stainless steel, with Hondarrabi Zerratia often aged on lees for enhanced complexity.
