Enology
A natural, single-varietal Cabernet Franc, produced at 650 m elevation in dry-farmed mountain vineyards. Fermentation occurs in 3,000 L stainless steel tanks with temperature control, followed by 21 days of skin maceration and 30 days on lees. The wine is aged for 12 months in 225 L French and American oak barrels. No added sulfites — just pure, expressive wine.
Tasting Notes
Bright cherry-red color with garnet reflections. Aromas reveal tertiary notes of vanilla alongside characteristic regional fruit flavors. On the palate, it’s structured, persistent, and silky — offering a uniquely expressive and well-rounded experience.
