A rare red expression from a region traditionally known for white txakolís. Produced from Hondarrabi Beltza grapes, grown on a 1.2-hectare vineyard with low yields and hand-harvested vines over 15 years old. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, then aged briefly in the same tanks before bottling. Limited production, offering a fresh and Atlantic-soulful profile.

• Aroma & Flavor: Vibrant aromas of red fruits (currants, raspberries), herbaceous notes, and a spicy undertone. On the palate, it’s fresh and approachable with velvety mid-palate richness and a crisp, balsamic finish.
