Crafted in tribute to the winemaker’s grandmother, María Jesús (nicknamed “La Pacha”), this small-batch wine is produced via carbonic maceration. Grapes are sourced from a pre-phylloxera vineyard in the foothills of Monte Toloño, featuring poor, calcareous soils that contribute finesse and terroir-driven character.
