Made from grapes harvested in century-old vineyards that were long excluded from official designations—“bastard” vines in local lore. The blend includes Tempranillo (fermented in stainless steel, aged in French oak barrels), Monastrell (fermented in large French oak vats and aged in 500 L French oak), and Syrah. Together, these vines yield a balanced, uniquely expressive wine.

Tasting Notes

Bright ruby color with a sleek appearance. Aromas reveal ripe red and black fruits, balsamic undertones, Mediterranean forest notes, and a hint of black pepper. On the palate, mature fruit takes center stage with spicy depth, a sweet roasted finish from barrel aging, and balanced freshness supported by well-integrated tannins.
