Enology

Crafted from Albarín Blanco vines grown on clay-loam soils with sand and pebbles at around 740 m altitude. The grapes are gently pressed using a pneumatic press, then undergo cool fermentation at approximately 14 °C. The wine rests on its lees for added depth and complexity before bottling. 

Tasting Notes

Delicate and expressive. On the nose, expect white and tropical fruit, pear, citrus, and aromatic herbal touches. The palate is light-bodied and crisp, with balanced acidity and a subtle floral complexity followed by a gentle finish.   

Food Pairing

Versatile and food-friendly—excellent with seafood, shellfish, light fish dishes, salads, and tapas. Its bright acidity and aromatic profile enhance a wide range of dishes, especially lighter fare.
