Crafted with minimal intervention, this wine is made from handpicked Prieto Picudo grapes grown in centennial, formerly abandoned vineyards restored by the winery team. Fermentation follows traditional methods, and the wine is aged for 11 months in oak barrels, then rested in the cellar for about another year before release.
