Enology

Sourced from old-vine Syrah grown at 900 m altitude in sandy soils with limestone subsoils. The wine is fermented and aged in terracotta amphorae for one year, with no added sulphites, allowing pure expression and minerality to shine through. Bottled in squat-style bottles, each hand-numbered.

Tasting Notes

• Aroma: Spicy, peppery nose with ripe cherries, blackberries, dried herbs, and subtle floral notes like rose petals and lily of the valley.

• Palate: Medium to full-bodied, displaying integrated tannins, mineral tension, and a lingering silky finish.

  Achieved 91 points at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2024 and won Gold at the Concours Mondial Bruxelles 2024. Critics describe it as “Spicy and peppery… Subtle and elegant.”
