Ingredients & Creation: Crafted from freshly pressed apple juice blended with fine apple brandy (Calvados) from the Père Magloire distillery. No added sugar, no artificial flavors or colors. Sparkling and refreshing.

• Aroma & Flavor: Bursting with ripe apple character, complemented by citrus nuances, pear, straw, marzipan, and dried apricot tones. 

• Finish: Light, refreshing, and fruity—captures the essence of Normandy’s apple traditions perfectly. 

Serving & Pairing

Best served chilled (6‑8 °C) in a wide flute or wine glass. Perfect as an aperitif or mixer—delicious on its own, with ice + a splash of lime (“Piscine style”), or paired with citrus-based desserts and light appetizers.
