1000 Acordes is crafted from 100% Monastrell grapes grown in the sun-drenched vineyards of Bullas, Spain. Harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, the grapes undergo cold maceration to extract maximum aromatic intensity, followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures. The wine is aged for several months in French oak barrels to enhance complexity, structure, and balance, while preserving the bold character of Monastrell.

Tasting Notes

Deep cherry red color with violet reflections.

On the nose, it reveals intense aromas of ripe black fruits (blackberries, plums), sweet spices, and toasted oak.

The palate is full-bodied and rich, with silky tannins and notes of chocolate, licorice, and a touch of balsamic.

A long, elegant finish with great structure and warmth from its 16% ABV.

Perfect with grilled red meats, Iberian pork, lamb chops, mature cheeses, and hearty stews.
