Tasting Notes

Deep, opaque cherry color.On the nose — layers of ripe blackberries, blueberries, spices, cedar, cacao, and a hint of graphite.The palate is rich and voluminous, with silky tannins and impeccable integration of oak. Notes of dark fruit, balsamic nuances, and minerals linger in a long, persistent finish.

Food Pairing

Perfect with grilled lamb, aged ribeye steak, duck confit, or truffle-infused dishes.Also excellent with mature cheeses such as Manchego Curado or Idiazabal.

Serving & Cellaring
Serve at 16–18°C after decanting for at least one hour.Can be cellared for 15–20 years, evolving beautifully over time.
