Enology

This wine is sourced from a single 3-hectare parcel known as La Pinada, with bush-trained Bobal vines planted in 1958 on clay‑alluvial soils at approx. 700‑750 m altitude. Harvested by hand, the grapes undergo wild‑yeast fermentation in concrete tanks, followed by nine months aging in large-capacity concrete (90%) and used French oak barrels (10%), emphasizing purity and freshness of fruit  .

Tasting Notes

Bright garnet color with a youthful sheen. Aromas of wild red berries—raspberry, strawberry, blackberry—merge with fresh mint, cracked pepper, floral herb notes, and a touch of earthy minerality. The palate is medium-bodied, juicy and refreshing, with crisp acidity, light tannins, and a flavorful finish marked by subtle spice and delicate herb complexity  .
