Crafted from 100% Tempranillo grapes in Ribera del Duero, this Roble is matured in oak barrels to introduce savory complexity and smooth structure. 

Tasting Notes

Visually, it presents an attractive garnet-red color with purple highlights. On the nose, the wine is aromatic and complex—rich with ripe fruit aromas, interwoven with spicy notes of cloves, vanilla, and coconut from barrel aging, along with refined balsamic undertones. On the palate, it is elegant, well-balanced, and finishes pleasantly smooth. 

Food Pairing

An excellent match with rich, savory dishes: think roasted or grilled beef, lamb, and game meats. The structured fruit and subtle spice also complement dishes like hearty stews or grilled vegetables exceptionally well.
