Crafted using Carl Jung’s patented low-temperature vacuum method, this wine retains authentic aroma and taste while removing alcohol. Made from hand-selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in Spain, the wine is dealcoholized gently below 30°C to preserve its fruity character and structure
Tasting Notes
Rich, dark ruby in color with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, and a hint of plum. A subtle note of vanilla and gentle oak nuances appear in the finish. The palate offers firm tannins, elegant acidity, and a long, clean aftertaste
