Produced from hand-harvested, old-vine Monastrell (over 50 years old), this wine undergoes 12 months of aging in French oak barrels. 

Tasting Notes

Bright cherry-red color with violet highlights. Aromas of ripe black fruit, cherries, and plums, complemented by spicy, mineral, and balsamic nuances. The palate is full-bodied with fine, polished tannins, delicious volume, and excellent balance.

Pairs exquisitely with red meats, stews, and a variety of cheeses.
