Diània’s white wine is a natural, non-interventionist, dry wine made from 100% Viognier, grown on small mountain farms in the Alicante region. These vineyards are strongly influenced by the Mediterranean Sea and surrounded by exceptional biodiversity. The grapes are dry-farmed, cultivated without chemicals, and harvested by hand.

Tasting Notes

This natural Viognier displays a golden hue that evolves with time in the bottle. On the nose and palate, it offers fruity aromas of apricot and peach, complemented by a subtle spiced background. The texture is smooth yet structured, with a dry profile, bright acidity, and lingering finish derived from extended maceration and oak aging.
