Description

A refined and elegant sparkling rosé from Rioja Alavesa, crafted from 100% Garnacha using the traditional method.

Hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed, followed by a second fermentation in bottle and 15 months of lees aging, creating finesse, depth, and a beautifully creamy mousse. With no dosage added, this Brut Nature style preserves the purest expression of the grape and terroir. 

Fresh, sophisticated, and vibrant, this sparkling rosé is perfect for celebrations, aperitifs, and premium gifting.

Tasting Notes

Color:Pale pink with salmon reflections, bright and crystal clear, with a fine and persistent mousse. 

Nose:Delicate aromas of fresh red berries, strawberry, raspberry, cherry, pink grapefruit, floral hints, toasted bread, and raw almond. 

Palate:Dry, vibrant, and refreshing with bright acidity, creamy texture, elegant mousse, subtle minerality, and pastry notes on a long finish.
