Enology
Organic Monastrell and Syrah grapes are sourced from 30–35 year-old bush and trellised vines. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The wine spends 3–4 months aging in fine-grained American and French Allier oak barrels (medium toast), balancing fruit vibrancy with subtle oak integration.
Tasting Notes
Deep, vibrant ruby color with silky, well-integrated tannins. Aromas of ripe red fruit, including cherries, mulberries, and plums, are complemented by gentle spice and a smooth, fruity finish. The palate is balanced, elegant, and very approachable.
