Crafted from organically grown Syrah grapes from Finca Los Timonares, this rosé undergoes a gentle 12-hour skin maceration to extract color and aroma. Fermentation takes place at controlled low temperatures for 20 days in stainless steel. The result is a smooth, aromatic rosé with a balanced structure and expressive character.
