About the Wine

Eresma Godello Sobre Lías is produced using exclusively first-run free-run must (mosto yema) from low-yield old vines. The 6-month aging process on fine lees enhances its structure and body, creating a sophisticated wine where complexity and finesse are fully manifested.

Vineyard & Winemaking

The winemaking begins with cold pre-fermentation maceration, using only premium free-run must from vineyards yielding 5,000 kg per hectare. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures, followed by 6 months of aging on fine lees (sobre lías) to achieve its rich texture and harmonious balance.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Intense straw-yellow color with steel-lemon reflections.

Nose: Complex and intense aroma with mineral and balsamic notes, white flowers, peach, green apple, cantaloupe melon, and a subtle citrus background.

Palate: Flavorful, highly structured, persistent, and long-lasting on the finish.
