Made from 60‑year‑old Mencía vines grown on steep south-facing slopes in Valdetruchas, the wine is crafted with organic practices and hand‑harvested fruit. Fermentation is spontaneous using native yeasts in stainless steel, followed by 10–12 months of aging in French oak barrels.

This wine is recognized as a “Vino de Paraje,” reflecting the unique terroir of Valdetruchas.

• Appearance: Garnet to deep ruby, with slow-forming tears.

• Aroma: Enticing floral notes (rose petals, violets), wild berries, crushed spice, and subtle herbs.
