Fondillón is a unique naturally fortified wine from Alicante, made exclusively from overripe Monastrell grapes. The Solera 1948 system is one of the oldest still in use, producing a wine of exceptional depth, elegance, and historical value.

Viticulture & Enology

Tasting Notes

This wine displays a deep amber color with hints of mahogany. Complex nose with aromas of figs, honey, tobacco, cocoa, roasted nuts, caramel, and balsamic notes. Velvety and long on the palate, with a refined, elegant, and persistent finish.Pairing Suggestions
