A natural wine made from Garnacha Peluda grapes, known locally as “Hairy Grenache,” harvested from old vines planted in 1978. This wine is crafted with minimal intervention—unfiltered, fermented with native yeasts, and made organically with low sulfur. The rocky, slate-rich vineyards of Priorat impart a distinct mineral-driven character. 

Tasting Notes

This wine delivers intense acidity, expressive fruit, and balanced tannins. Aromas of red berries like cherry, raspberry, and plum emerge alongside vanilla, baking spices, and subtle savory notes. On the palate, it’s full-bodied with a structured and fruity profile. The pronounced acidity enhances all elements, giving the wine a compelling energy.
