La Placer is an early harvest extra virgin olive oil made from Koroneiki olives, one of the most respected and expressive olive varieties in the world.
Koroneiki grows naturally only in Greece (Peloponnese) and Cyprus. This oil comes exclusively from the Peloponnese, where climate and soil conditions allow the variety to fully express its freshness, intensity, and complexity.
The olives are harvested very early, while still green. At this stage, they contain less oil but a much higher concentration of polyphenols, giving the oil its vibrant green character, natural pungency, and high nutritional value.
