Enology

This organic wine is made from Garnacha grapes grown in sandstone, schist, and metamorphic soils in Priorat, at approximately 160 m elevation. Fermentation takes place in clay amphorae, with some whole-cluster inclusion. The wine is then aged up to 12 months in 1,000 L amphorae before interacting with concrete vessels. No added sulfites, preserving its pure expression and terroir character.

Tasting Notes

Clean and fruity on the nose, with expressive notes of strawberries, raspberries, and delicate purple flowers. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with red fruit layers and lively acidity that create a long, refreshing finish.
