Enology

This sparkling wine is estate-grown using sustainable, organic viticulture under the Corpinnat designation. Crafted following the traditional method (méthode champenoise), it includes manual harvest, low-temperature alcoholic fermentation at ~15 °C, and no dosage added (Brut Nature). Bottled, it ages for at least 18–24 months on lees before disgorgement.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw-yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. Displays bright fruit notes—apple, peach, and pineapple. On the palate, it is soft yet vibrant, with refreshing intensity and a beautifully creamy finish. The vintage 2022 brings a balanced freshness, silky texture, and subtle lingering depth.

Food Pairing

A perfect aperitif; excellent with shellfish, white fish, foie gras, or light dishes. Also pairs harmoniously with fresh appetizers and fish-based cuisines.
