Enology

This flagship sparkle is crafted under the Corpinnat label from organically grown, hand-harvested grapes. Each varietal is fermented separately, then meticulously blended and bottled for secondary fermentation. After fermentation, the wine ages on its lees for a minimum of five years before manual riddling and disgorgement, with no dosage added.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant pale gold in color with a delicate, continuous mousse. The nose presents complex layers of elegant spice, ripe white fruit, and brioche. On the palate, it’s dry, smooth, and flavorful, leading into a rich yet refined finish marked by toasty, aged nuances.

Outstanding as an aperitif, and it pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, creamy cheeses, and celebratory appetizers—its fine texture and extended aging layer complement food beautifully.
